Free Building Trade Seminar 12 June

Building Control is staging a free seminar for local builders in the Council Chamber, Trinity Road from 0945 to 1215 (followed by a free buffet lunch)
on Tuesday 12 June. The seminar will explain upcoming changes to
Part L Building Regulations, including some worked examples.

It is vital that all local builders are made aware of these changes and the Council
has engaged experts – Energist UK – to provide detailed advice and guidance.

To book a place at the seminar, call Jane Townley on 01285 623093 or email jane.townley@cotswold.gov.uk

COTSWOLD CARE HOSPICE
Series of events planned for the summer
volunteers needed

Summer Fete – Saturday 12th May 2 – 4pm
Midnight Walk – Friday 15th June 10pm until late
Cotswold Crunch – Sunday 24th June all day
Race The Train - Saturday 13th October 10am – 3.30pm

Are you free to help on any of the days above?

For the Fete you just need to turn up Cotswold Care Trust in Minchinhampton
and spend your money but for the midnight walk the ladies will be out around Cirencester in their pyjamas. They need the men to look after them!
Marshals are needed to guide the way and offer encouragement.

On 24th June the cyclists will be out and they need marshalling as well.
We are looking for volunteers to help marshal the route,
help register our riders and man our feed stations along the route.

Finally on 13th October it’s the runners turn but they also need
volunteer marshals to show them the way.

CAN YOU HELP? It’s not for long but all these sponsored participants
will get lost without you! If you have a little time to spare please contact
Gail Hall on 01453 759005 for more details.
